A sad day for Nintendorks

Hiroshi Yamauchi, aka “the guy who took a card company and turned it into our childhood memories”, died of pneumonia at a hospital in central Japan. He ran Nintendo from 1949 to 2002, leaving the company entirely in 2005.

I didn’t know him personally, but he seemed pretty cool.
